Order Dynamics Inc. ("All the Rage," "we," "us") operates the All the Rage app and website at https://rage.exchange. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our Service.

4. Your choices and rights

4.1 Account settings

You can edit profile information, notification preferences, and role settings in the app. You can unfollow users, block messages, and delete certain content you posted.

4.3 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Categories collected in the last 12 months may include identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation (coarse), audio/visual content, and inferences. We disclose categories to service providers as described above. We do not sell personal information. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not engage in such sale/sharing as defined by CPRA). Shine the Light: we do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing without consent.

4.4 EEA/UK residents (GDPR)

Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention), consent (marketing, optional features), legal obligation.

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

International transfers: if we transfer data outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

4.5 Canadian residents (PIPEDA & provincial privacy law)

All the Rage is operated by Order Dynamics Inc., a British Columbia corporation, so Canadian users' personal information is handled under the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction, and to withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual limits). We collect, use, and disclose personal information only for the purposes identified in this policy or as permitted by law. Direct privacy questions or complaints to privacy@rage.exchange — and you may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (or your provincial commissioner).

You can disable push notifications in device settings or in-app preferences.

4.7 Location

Precise location is used only when you grant permission (e.g., "Near me" gig matching and nearby discovery). You can revoke permission at any time in device settings, and the Service will fall back to the city you set on your profile. You can change or clear your profile city whenever you like.

4.8 Online status

Other users can see a green "online" indicator next to your avatar in chats when you've recently been active. Turn this off in Settings → Notifications → Presence — when off, we stop recording your last-active time entirely and delete the stored timestamp, rather than merely hiding the indicator.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Examples:

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of data (encryption in transit, access controls, RLS database policies, secure payment handling via Stripe). No system is 100% secure. Notify us immediately at privacy@rage.exchange if you suspect unauthorized access.


7. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for users 16 and older and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has provided information, contact privacy@rage.exchange and we will delete it. Features that move money (selling, payouts, purchases) additionally require users to be 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction — see the Terms of Service.
